Ritz Center

Savoy Properties acquired Ritz Center, located in St. Louis, MO 63125, in 2019. Since the acquisition, the center has undergone a series of exterior renovations and signage enhancements. A key component of the development was the QuikTrip outparcel, which broke ground in late 2022 and was completed and sold in 2025. The center is well occupied, anchored by Proper Cannabis and a strong mix of retailers and restaurants.
