We identified an opportunity to redevelop a high-traffic intersection adjacent to one of our retail centers with a new QuikTrip. This upgrade significantly improved the streetscape, streamlined traffic flow, and enhanced site access. The adjacent retail center has benefited from increased exposure and customer activity, driving stronger tenant performance and supporting broader area revitalization.
