Savoy Properties acquired Hilltop Plaza, located at 11978–11982 St. Charles Rock Road, Bridgeton, MO 63044, in 2023, including a vacant Kmart and Sports Authority totaling 158,000 SF. The center completed a full redevelopment in 2026, bringing in national retailers Ross, Marshalls, Burlington, and Shoe Show. El Morelia Super Mercado, a renowned family-owned Mexican-South American grocery store, moved into the 42,000 SF Sports Authority space and opened in 2024.
