Brian Kelley

Brian Kelley joined Savoy Properties in 2009 as a commercial realtor, specializing in retail, office, industrial and investment brokerage. Prior to joining the Savoy team, Brian has successfully represented clients on both a national and local level, with emphasis in retail leasing.

Brian’s previous experience includes positions in retail leasing for Koman Properties, and Colliers Turley Martin Tucker. While continuing to grow his experience in retail, Brian is diversifying his experience at Savoy, with listings that include office and warehouse properties.

Born and raised in St. Louis, Brian brings local knowledge to his work with his clients. He earned a B.A. in finance from Arizona State University in 2003, and an M.B.A. from Webster University in 2007. Brian currently lives in Brentwood with his wife Gina.

In addition to his work at Savoy, Brian is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the St. Louis Association of Realtors/Commercial Division and the National Association of Realtors.
