Ben Holley

Ben Holley joined Savoy Properties in 2007 as a commercial real estate broker, and has represented clients and properties ranging from office and retail space to large land/planned development sites. Prior to his work at Savoy, Ben worked as a brand consultant for VSA Partners.

Born and raised in St. Louis, Ben’s ties to local retail run deep, as his great-grandfather created the long-standing discount store chain, Grandpa Pidgeon’s. A Kansas Jayhawk through and through, Ben still makes it back several times a year to basketball games at Allen Fieldhouse. Ben currently resides in Clayton.
