Kristin Morris

Kristin has been with Savoy Properties for six years and is currently serving as a Project and Office Manager along with her accounting responsibilities. Her current assignments include the management of the Brentwood Car Wash, leasing and management of residential buildings owned by Savoy Properties and the management of numerous other commercial buildings owned by Savoy Properties.

As a Project Manager, Kristin recently coordinated and aided in the legal separation and sale of 37 four family buildings in Affton formerly known as Highland House Apartments. After the successful sale of all 37 buildings to individual investors, Kristin now assists in the sale/purchase and management of the Savoy Properties portfolio.

Kristin graduated from Webster University in 2004 with a B.A. in Spanish Education. In her spare time, Kristin does volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity and the March of Dimes. She also participates in the GO! St. Louis Half Marathon and other races in the St. Louis area.
