David Brader

David Brader joined Savoy Properties in 2007 after a career-ending injury forced him to retire from the NFL. David offers his clients a unique skill set which combines his experience in banking, project management, construction, property acquisition/disposal and problem assets to thoroughly examine each property on an individual basis. Such attention to detail allows David’s clients the freedom to make confident choices when facing any real estate decisions.

Most recently, David has expanded his role at Savoy by creating Spyglass Asset Management, a third party consulting company that aides commercial lenders and borrowers by providing a system of “checks and balances” to protect their real estate investments.

David’s resume includes owners representative for The Keane Insurance Group, project management for Fordyce Properties, project management of a $12.5 million re-development project in downtown St. Louis, project management of the Des Peres Office Park, property management of a 77 unit mixed use building downtown, numerous roles as a construction consultant for lenders and borrowers and vice president of London Properties, LLC.

Prior to his work in commercial real estate, David earned a B.A. in History and Secondary Education from Lindenwood University. After teaching at Webster Groves High School for two years he left his position to pursue an opportunity in the NFL as a punter. Following the injury, the Jacksonville Jaguars released David; he returned to St. Louis and continued following his other passion, real estate. David continues to actively coach NFL hopefuls with Aguiar Kicking and the National Combine Series.
